K-Way® x America's Cup

K-Way® renews partnership with La Roche-Posay Racing Team for the 38th America's Cup

For the second consecutive cycle, the French brand will be Technical Partner of La Roche-Posay Racing Team, competing in the 38th America's Cup in Naples in 2027.

K-Way® is proud to announce the renewal of its partnership as Technical Partner of La Roche-Posay Racing Team for the 38th America's Cup, taking place in Naples in 2027.

For the second consecutive cycle, the French brand will bring its expertise to the team, confirming a collaboration that represents far more than a technical sponsorship: a laboratory of innovation where performance, research and heritage come together.

Founded in France and long associated with protection from the elements, K-Way® considers it a privilege to support the French team in the world's oldest international sporting competition. The America's Cup represents a meeting point for some of the brand's founding values: water, wind, technology, protection, team spirit and the ability to face any conditions. It is a perfect expression of the "Ready for Everything" philosophy that guides the development of K-Way® products.

The partnership also provides an important platform for research and development. Wind, water, changing weather conditions, movement and mechanical stress subject materials and fabrics to real-world stress testing, allowing K-Way® to develop and validate solutions at the highest levels of performance. The innovations developed through this experience are progressively translated into the brand's collections, making its products increasingly high-performance, functional and reliable for everyday use.

This research translates into a dedicated product system developed for La Roche-Posay Racing Team, comprising technical racing gear, official teamwear and a lifestyle offering, designed to accompany the athletes and team throughout the competition, official activities and off-duty moments. A selection from the lifestyle line will also be available to buy for the Spring/Summer 2027 season at K-Way® stores and on k-way.com, bringing the team's world to the brand's wider audience.

The racing line, developed to meet the crews' needs, includes breathable and waterproof jackets, fleeces, trousers and shorts, alongside a stretch T-shirt with UV protection designed as a base layer. The equipment is completed by waterproof backpacks and holdalls, made using laser-cutting technology.

The official teamwear includes Claude, K-Way®'s iconic windbreaker, reinterpreted in navy blue using Le Vrai 4.0 fabric and personalised with the K-Way® and La Roche-Posay Racing Team’s partners logos, alongside other pieces designed specifically for the team.

The system extends into lifestyle, with T-shirts, polo shirts, headwear, trousers and shorts in stretch fabric, maintaining the same functional and aesthetic codes across the collection. A marine-inspired palette unites the different categories, combining navy blue and light blue. Together with the K-Way® and La Roche-Posay Racing Team, these elements create continuity between technical equipment, teamwear and lifestyle.

The 38th America's Cup will also have particular significance for K-Way®: Naples, a city that brings together the sea with an urban spirit, dynamism and authenticity, and one with which the brand has shared a strong connection for years.

With this partnership, K-Way® continues to strengthen its position as a brand capable of combining heritage, innovation and performance, transforming experience gained in the most extreme environments into concrete solutions for everyday life and giving further meaning to its promise: Ready for Everything.

Lorenzo Boglione, CEO of BasicNet Group:
“Renewing our partnership with La Roche-Posay Racing Team for a second America’s Cup campaign is a natural continuation of a relationship built around shared values and a strong synergy with the world of water. Water, wind and protection are part of K-Way’s DNA, and the America’s Cup offers an exceptional environment in which to put our expertise, materials and technologies to the test. The experience gained on the water allows us to continuously innovate and translate high-performance solutions into products designed for everyday life.
We are very happy to continue this synergy in Naples, a city with a strong connection to the sea and a unique energy. We look forward to continuing this journey together with La Roche-Posay Racing Team.”
Stephan Kandler, CEO of La Roche-Posay Racing Team:
“Having K-Way® alongside us for a second America’s Cup campaign is a strong sign of the trust we have built together. At this level of competition, every detail matters, and our technical partners need to understand the realities of life on the water as well as the demands of a high-performance team. K-Way® brings that combination of technical expertise, innovation and strong French heritage. Together, we are developing products that are tested in one of the most demanding environments in sport, while building a partnership that goes far beyond the racecourse. We are very proud to continue this journey together towards Naples 2027.”
